Here is a healthy dinner recipe with Tofu, broccoli and moong and chana sprouts as main ingredients.
It is very easy to make and filling enough with 1 serving.
For Sprouts Dosa
You can make moong and chana sprouts overnight or can buy easily from store nearby.
Grind the sprouts, 1 tbsp of oats or soaked rice, ginger, 2 green chillies, salt together in a mixer.
Your dosa batter is ready.
For Tofu and Broccoli salad.
Stir fry in
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- sesame seeds,
- finely chopped tomatoes,
- black pepper powder as per taste
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
And your tofu and broccoli salad is ready.
Serve with fresh hung curd, jalapeno dip or plain curd with also do.
