Its very simple and easy. Once prepare can be stored in refrigerator for days.
I suggest use American almonds for making almond butter. Some of the Mamro Almonds usually are bitter to taste. Which may spoil the butter taste. And kids may not like it.
Lets make it
- Wash almonds in water and then dry it.
- Roast almonds mildly on a gas for 5 minutes.
- Once done, put the almonds in a mixer grinder, sugar or honey as per taste, a pinch of salt and grind it.
- Keep on grinding till you get the creamy content with some oil over it.
